Plaza Magellan is envisioned to anchor Megaworld’s Newcoast development in Mactan, Cebu. The architectural character is themed on Magellan’s era of strong classical details, bootle railings, and arched apertures. The retail experience will include an open streetscape as well as covered walkways. This development will be completed with a BPO building with direct access to the retail.
